There are Three Yoga Walks at the Nirvana Retreat

The trio of Yoga Walks is the most unique feature of the Nirvana Retreat and one that plays a big part in the spiritual development of visitors. Each is a self-paced activity that combines the emotional, mental and physical benefits of both walking and yoga.

The Walks are accessible to anyone from beginners to experts. You are welcome to try one, two or even all three at your own pace: after all, it’s all about you and your ability to Just Be! Each trail is signposted to help guide you along your way.

Upon arrival at our retreat, you will receive a Nirvana Passport. This will be your place to jot down your reflections, contemplations and any other thoughts or feelings you experience during your stay.
